Alexa & Greg – Sept 3, 2022 – Pretty In Pink

Light & Airy. Stunning Florals. A Unique Design. Alexa and Greg said “I do” on a late summer day in September. Planned Perfection Pennsylvania tied in a vintage style to their ever so lovely design, the soft pinks and earthy greenery of this day were more than perfect.

These love birds began their morning in The Suite and The Lounge, being showered with love by friends and family. Alexa’s makeup done by Aimee Nicole MUA, gave a simply stunning and natural glow with her blonde strands falling perfectly by Happily Ever After Hair.

Tiny details made a gorgeous impact throughout the day. From personalized napkins and cufflinks of their fur baby Banks, to a beautifully, floral hand painted bottle of Veuve Clicquot. Personalized stationery created by KP Design Studio and calligraphy written by Molly Z Calligraphy illustrated their romantic style even more.

Alexa’s Pronovias gown was perfectly paired with her strappy, pearl Stuart Weitzman heels. Her bridesmaids Jenny Yoo dresses disrupted our traditional views of exact matches, with a mix of a pattern and styles, while the men sported a classic navy suit from The Black Tux.

The ceremony took place inside the simplicity of the Rustic Barns white washed walls. A blank canvas that A Garden Party brought to life with luscious greenery, hydrangea, roses and baby’s breath. The Wilmington String Ensemble accompanied the wedding party down the aisle to where Alexa and Greg officially made it official!

And then the party began! Guests filed downstairs of the Rustic Barn where the brick of the original building, raw and exposed, gives a timeless location to host cocktail hour. Willow and Oak, Rosewood’s in-house beverage services assisted guests with all their beverage needs, while Chef’s Expressions served delightful hors-d’oeuvres. And how could we not mention The Roving Bar greeted guests with a glass of bubbly!

As the Rose Barn opened for the reception, the soft and romantic design paired perfectly with the rental farmhouse tables and chairs, from Pretty Little Wedding Co. Dinner was served, the cake was cut, Alexa put on her party dress and danced the night away with friends and family and of course… her new hubby, Greg!!
