We are excited to share our transformation journey of the original farmhouse into a beautiful bridal suite.

Our vision for the entire property was not only to make a beautiful wedding and event venue, but to create a space that couples can enjoy their entire wedding day. We want Rosewood Farms to be a place where life-long memories are created and stress-free, fun events take place.

To make this possible, a place like The Suite was a must-have. The farmhouse gave us the perfect opportunity to create this vision for our brides. Take a look at the framework we started with!

Although the farmhouse was originally 4 bedrooms, we converted the bedrooms into a large hair and makeup room, along with 2 dressing rooms. To complete The Suite, there is a kitchen, bathroom, eating area, sitting area, and patio.

When you first enter the building, you find a relaxing sitting area with a sofa and accent chairs. A flat screen TV completes the space, giving brides and their loved ones the option to watch TV or play their favorite music to get ready to.

When looking to the left, you see the hair and make up room. The walls were knocked down and ceilings were vaulted to create a custom look to the hair and makeup room.

In addition, we handcrafted reclaimed wood counters for the hair and makeup stations. Comfy dark gray adjustable chairs make it the perfect spot to get your hair styled just the way you want it.

We placed cozy seating around this space, great for you and your bridesmaids to relax on. These also double as fantastic photoshoot opportunities once you’re picture ready.

Located off of the hair and make up room are 2 dressing rooms, along with a newly renovated bathroom. Not only is there a bathroom in The Suite, but we even extended it in each direction to make it more spacious for bridal parties.

For the dressing rooms, we picked out furniture and accents that go together wonderfully to frame stunning pictures of you and your bridesmaids getting ready.

Our team was attentive down to every last detail in these rooms. We left the original cedar closet in the bride’s dressing room to create breath-taking pictures of the wedding dresses. All of the accents have been placed with care, from paintings to colorful vases.

The chic look from our barns is carried through into the hair and makeup room and the dining area as evident from their stunning chandeliers. Every detail about this space is unique and breathtaking.

A long custom farm table sits in the center surrounded by rustic blue metal chairs. A chalkboard on the wall gives us a way to personally welcome each couple, which allows for great photo opportunities.

Past the sliding barn door in the eating area is a kitchen that was completely remodeled. We added brand new beautiful white granite counter tops that complete the clean, white look. The cabinets were painted white and unique lighting fixtures were installed. Using reclaimed red wood under the island counter and window allowed us to give a nod to the original barn on the property. What a perfect mix between modern and rustic!

As with the rest of the buildings on our property, The Suite is equipped with heating and air conditioning.

If you’re interested in having a wedding venue that eliminates the stress of getting ready in different locations, we hope you will consider Rosewood Farms as your wedding venue for the special day!
