We've created an atmosphere with an ideal blend of modern and rustic features. Depending on your vision and the size of the event, we have multiple spaces to choose from for a seated event, presentation, or cocktail hour.

Catering:

We have hand-selected several caterers whom we know will provide the highest quality of food and service for your event. You are required to use one of these caterers. On average, our full service catering teams are offering corporate event packages for $40 - $60 per guest. This included all food, staffing, dishware, utensils, and linens.

Investment:

The venue rental is based on how long you are on the property. Included in the pricing below is your choice of buildings and an on-site Venue Manager. Tables and Chairs are an additional cost. Please keep in mind that corporate events are booked no more than 4 months before the desired event date, unless they are scheduled Monday-Thursday.

The Rustic Barn offers great versatility with two levels and capacity for up to 100 guests. The lower level opens up to a covered patio, perfect for use of the outdoors. You can also utilize flat screen TVs and AV capabilities in the space for visual aids and presentations.

The Barn

is able to seat 300 guests and has been created with an open floor plan and unique silo bar. It is also equipped with a projector and AV capabilities to host a lecture or presentation.
