Rick & Anne Biddle
Founders & Owners
Rick and Anne have been thrilled to develop this unique wedding and private event venue to the region. Rick is a mechanical engineer and real estate developer. Anne is a registered nurse and her passion is in health and wellness, as well as helping others to be the best version of themselves. They have 4 children, 6 grandchildren, and live in Newark, Delaware. They feel fortunate to be able to work with 2 of their children, Matt and Katie, in this ground-up project.
Katie White
Business Manager
As a family owned small business, Katie enjoys being able to work closely with her Dad and Brother to make Rosewood Farms the premiere venue that it is today!
Katie graduated from the University of Delaware with her Nursing degree (I know, quite the change) and has a husband, 3 children and dog, Kona.
Chrissy Timlin
Director of Operations
Chrissy has been with us since the beginning. Her experience as a Wedding Planner for many years has been a huge part of making the Rosewood Farms team successful.
Chrissy is the go to gal for our couples after they book the venue. She keeps the team on track with anything venue related, as well as all of our drink packages!
In her spare time, she enjoys hiking the mountain sides, camping and exploring with her husband and two sons.
Violet Biddle
Sales Manager
Violet comes from an extensive sales background and has come aboard the Rosewood team as our Sales Manager!
She meets with clients individually to help them find their perfect venue and help their vision come true.
In her free time, she loves to spend time outdoors, listen to live music, shop, and go on adventures with her daughter and husband.
Shannon Hons
Venue Manager
Shannon has been a part of the event industry since 2018 and studied at Liberty University and received a Bachelor’s Degree in Family and Consumer Sciences: Creative Industries in 2020.
When Shannon is not working at Rosewood Farms, she is either watching sports, playing sports, at an event at her church, or fishing in the beautiful Rosewood Farms Pond.
Samantha Watson
Venue Manager
Samantha is a part of our Venue Manager team and is here to make your wedding day as seamless as possible.
Her years of experience in client relations means she is always looking to ensure each couple has their dream wedding. In her free time she enjoys being outdoors, attending concerts and traveling.
Darby Bean
Venue Manager & Social Media Manager
As our Social Media Manager Darby is passionate about filling our feeds with as many beautiful love stories as possible!
She is also a part of the Venue Manager team so you may see her snapping behind the scenes content while making sure your wedding runs smoothly!
She has a background in both event coordination and social media management. In her free time Darby loves to bake, travel, and spend as much time on the water as possible!
Matt Biddle
Construction Operations Manager
Matt assists with the site’s development and production. He has three years of experience as a project manager and has launched multiple small businesses.
Matt is sure to keep the property looking top-notch. He is consistently coming up with new ideas to continue develop the property for our clients. In his spare time he likes to be outdoors and in the sun.
